JEREMY L. BELANGER
SENIOR ASSOCIATE
Jeremy L. Belanger provides legal advice and guidance to health care providers and entities regarding the day-to-day business of health care. He counsels clients with respect to transactional matters, business and corporate matters, supply chain matters, regulatory compliance, and government and commercial payor program enrollment and participation requirements.
Mr. Belanger advises clients of all sizes, including solo practitioners, group practices, management organizations, ambulatory surgical centers, clinical laboratories, medical equipment companies, and large health care systems. He provides guidance to clients on various health care laws, such as the Physician Self-Referral Law (commonly referred to as the "Stark Law"), Anti-Kickback Statute, Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, the Affordable Care Act, the Physician Sunshine Act, and state anti-rebating and fee-splitting statutes and regulations. In addition, he works with clients on compliance with corporate practice rules, and scope of practice requirements, to help organizations properly structure arrangements to comply with these laws.
